The workshop is aimed at beginners and advanced practitioners and is ideal for those who want to master the handstand and understand the training involved. The only requirement is a general fitness level and the willingness to support your body weight on your hands.

Participants will work on combining strength and flexibility to achieve dynamic movements like Macacos, bridge variations, cartwheels, and other acrobatic sequences.
