Conditions of participation
1. General
“Be Light” is a studio for acroyoga, yoga and Thai massage in the center of Leipzig and offers group and individual lessons as well as workshops for acroyoga, yoga and Thai massage every day (excluding public holidays).
These terms and conditions / conditions of participation apply to the offer of yoga, acroyoga and Thai massage lessons, workshops and private appointments by “Be Light” in the rooms of “Be Light” as well as at other places of activity. “Be Light” provides mats, pads, pillows and blankets in the studio free of charge.
We reserve the right to change our course offer / course instructor, the timetable, the tariffs and opening times as well as the location of the course in a reasonable manner. This applies in particular to short-term closure and maintenance work. The studio is entitled to close or offer special opening times on public holidays for up to 2 weeks for renovation work or similar organizational reasons and also for approx. 10-day company holidays, which are announced in good time on public holidays, without affecting the terms of payment be touched.
The number of participants in courses is limited, as this is necessary for the courses to run properly.
Each participant takes part on their own responsibility, any liability on the part of “Be Light” is excluded.
If you have health restrictions, we recommend that you consult a doctor beforehand.
If there are physical or psychological factors that need to be taken into account, please indicate them.

2. Tariffs
The course fees can be found in the current tariff list.
Trial lessons can be booked once.
A 10-pass card contains 10 lessons of 90/60 minutes each with a duration of 15 weeks from the first lesson. The validity cannot be extended / postponed. Not even when you are sick or on vacation.
A later withdrawal and the payment of the remaining amount is not possible, as a liability arises with the purchase of the card. The card is not transferable.
The 5-class cards have a term of 7 weeks from the first lesson. Drop-in tickets are valid for a single hour.
3. Subscriptions
3.1. All 3 versions of the subscription, Sunlight, Moonlight, Delight, Flashlight have a minimum term of 4 months and can then be canceled on a monthly basis, otherwise they are automatically extended.
3.2. Flashlight entitles you to take part in a course once a week, Sunlight entitles you to take part twice a week in the courses marked with a sun, Moonlight allows twice a week in the courses marked with a moon and Delight unlimited.
In order to be able to take out a subscription, a contract must be concluded in the studio that also allows payment by SEPA direct debit.
Subscriptions are not transferable.
If possible, replacement will be offered for lessons that are canceled, but the participants are not entitled to this.
4. Workshops, other events, private lessons.
Payment of the full price as a binding registration for the respective date is required, only then can a seat reservation be guaranteed. The deadlines for this can be found in the information on the respective event. After registration, the transfer must usually be made within 1 week, unless it has already been made online through our “eversports” booking system. In the case of very short-term registrations and if the fee has not yet been paid in advance, it must still be paid in the event of non-participation. Up to a specified period before the start of the event, the deposit will be refunded proportionally in the event of cancellation, later no reimbursement is possible. (As a rule: Workshops: 7 days, unless other conditions are specified in each case.) There is the possibility of naming a person as a replacement, there are no additional costs.
If private lessons are canceled, this must be done 24 hours before the agreed appointment, otherwise the appointment must be charged in full.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the workshop if the minimum number of participants is not reached. The costs already paid will then be reimbursed in full immediately. There is the possibility of naming a person as a substitute, there are no additional costs.
5. Booking system: registration, payment, cancellation / revocation
To register for courses, workshops and other events and to process the necessary payments, we work with an app from Eversport GmbH (FN 404544v) based in Vienna and having the business address Kauerhof 1-4, Top 4, 1150 Vienna ("Eversports" ). The app allows you to see an overview of current and upcoming events. To book to participate, you will be asked to register as a user when you click. Please refer to the privacy policy for information on the use of the data collected.
Bookings are only possible for the registered and logged in user, if only because of data protection and the technical requirements. Bookings for third persons are not possible (exception: parents for 1 child each for family acroyoga / yoga events). Various payment methods are available, the invoice amounts include 19% sales tax.
In the course of the booking process, the applicable payment and cancellation / revocation conditions will be communicated depending on the course / workshop / event. These are binding and binding.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
The lessons are carried out to the best of our knowledge and belief. Each participant must be responsible for whether or not participation in the class is compatible with his or her physical and psychological condition (if necessary, with the help of specialist medical advice).
Personal items, especially valuables, are brought into the organizer's rooms by the respective participant at their own risk. Liability for any loss can generally not be accepted.
7. Eligibility
Self-responsibility and normal psychological and physical resilience are required for all hours, seminars and workshops. If you are taking strong medication or are undergoing psychotherapeutic treatment, please discuss your participation with your doctor or therapist. In the case of acute physical or psychological problems, a doctor should be clarified beforehand whether acroyoga / yoga classes are useful at this point in time. Participation in all courses takes place under exclusion of any liability.
8. Severability Clause
If one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions become wholly or partially ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
9. Newsletter / data protection
All participants receive information about news in the course offer and current changes exclusively via electronic newsletter. We store personal data electronically for processing purposes in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act and the GDPR. The data protection declaration explains more.
